To complete your registration please fill in this Google form. To facilitate issuing the invoice, please send the proof of the bank transfer to t2m2021@ciuhct.org.

Notes
- T2M Members will benefit from these fees if their membership application is completed before
30 June31 August. To become a member, please visit the T2M website. - Reduced fees are available to participants from non-OECD countries and to students
